I can't believe summer is just about over - it went by way too fast. It's like one moment you can't wait for summer to start and the next moment everyone's talking about back to school. I've never been a big fan of going to school, but there are some things about this time of year that I'm pretty stoked about:

I made a bunch of money at my summer job so I can buy new clothes and Madden NFL 06 for my PS2.

I met a hot girl at the mall where I work and she's going to be going to my school.

Football season is starting and the Super Bowl is coming to Detroit!

A skateboard company that sells decks to the store where I work offered to sponsor me at my next skate comp! They're going to hook me up with a new deck and tons of other skate stuff!

My older brother is going to be going to a different school than me, so I won't be running into him or his loser friends as much.

Here's what I'm totally dreading about going back to school...

Waking up to an annoying alarm clock and having my life controlled by a schedule.

Eating crappy cafeteria food that looks like it wants to attack me.

Dealing with teachers who assign way too much homework.

Listening to teachers tell me I can't skateboard in the hallway.
