The World's Strongest Boy - Little Hercules
Richard Sandrak was born in the
Ukraine and moved to the
United States with his parents when he was two years old. His dad, Pavel, was a
World Martial Arts champion and his mom, Lena, was an
aerobics competitor. They began
training Richard when he was a very young kid and by the time he was six, he was totally ripped and looked like a mini version of
Arnold Schwarzenegger. Richard continued to train in
martial arts and body-building and by the time he was eight, he had an incredible build for a kid and he became known as
The World's Strongest Boy. His muscular physique also earned him the nickname,
Little Hercules. He's appeared in magazines and
television shows, while earning thousands of dollars a month.
The World's Stongest Boy - Action Star?
Richard Sandrak is now trying to go from body-building celebrity to
Hollywood action star. He is about to begin working on a jungle-adventure movied called
The Amazon Kid and is soon releasing a new
workout video for kids. The workout video will include
cardio and
strength exercises to help kids get in shape and
