Hilary Duff, Jesse McCartney, & Raven-Symone CD Reviews
Hilary Duff, Jesse McCartney, and Raven-Symone have hit the music scene again with the release of their latest albums.
Hilary Duff - Hilary Duff
Hilary Duff's second album is a little less pop and a lot more rock. Her first single, Fly, is definitely the best track. Honorable mentions go to I Am, which is about her different moods, and the sweet ballad, Someone's Watching Over Me. On her self-titled CD, Hilary comes clean and vents her feelings about past experiences. The track, Haters, seems to be directed at Lindsay Lohan when she sings, "You're the queen of superficiality...You say your boyfriend's sweet and kind, but you've still got your eyes on mine."Hilary Duff - Hilary Duff Fun Facts

Jesse McCartney - Beautiful Soul
Previously a member of both the Sugar Beats and Dream Street, Jesse McCartney has ventured out on his own and released his solo debut album. With an intermix of dance beats and soul-infused pop rock vocals, Beautiful Soul ends up being a beautiful album of heartfelt love songs. Take Your Sweet Time and Come To Me make it obvious that Jesse is a sensitive guy who wears his heart on his sleeve.Jesse McCartney - Beautiful Soul Fun Facts

Although Raven-Symone's time in the spotlight began years ago, this is the time for her musical skills to shine. With the release of her third album, she shows the world that she has developed into a mature songstress. Raven-Symone reveals her poetic side in the track, Alice, which is about the fantasy world of Wonderland, but the best track is the R&B-flavored Backflip, where she wants her boyfriend to show her some R-E-S-P-E-C-T by doing things for her, including a backflip.
