The way it works is that you take command of a group of well-armed worm warriors on a 3D map. It's a turn-based game and on each turn you get to control one worm by moving it around and taking a shot at an enemy with a weapon. The weapons are things like blowguns, deadly grandmothers and other crazy stuff as well as basic grenades and things. The fun-factor in Worms 3D is that the worms are total goofballs. They're constantly chatting about stuff and lipping off while they toss explosive sheep around the battlefield. The stinker about this wild wormfest is that the computer is about as smart as a pile of dirt. If you don't have friends to play against, it gets boring pretty quick.
