I've been dating a boy for three months now but I have a major crush on a boy who's my old friend. I can't stop thinking about him. I don't really, really like my boyfriend anyway but I can't do anything because I don't even know where my old friend (whom I have a crush on,) is. I'm feeling guilty because I feel like I'm cheating on my boyfriend. Am I a cheater? What can I do to get over my old friend?

You may not be a cheater but you certainly are being selfish. How do you think your boyfriend would feel to hear you say you don't really, really like him and if you knew where your old friend was, you'd dump him in a heartbeat? If this old friend is long gone and the chances of ever seeing him are slim to none, then stop pining and start living in the present. There must be something about your current boyfriend that you like or you would never have agreed to go out with him. Plan a fun date that will help take your mind off your old friend and help you focus on the guy that you're actually going out with. There's nothing wrong with having harmless crushes on other peeps but don't hang onto your BF just because you can't find someone else you'd rather date.
