Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Go head-over-hells for this yummy, upside-down cake!

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • Directions

  • Drain the pineapple.
  • In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and butter. Pour the mixture into a pan.
  • Arrange the pineapple slices over the mixture in the pan in one layer.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the egg and milk. Spoon the mixture over the pineapple slices.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool outside the oven for 5 minutes and then flip it over onto a plate.
